Prabhat Dairy slips on the bourses

Prabhat Dairy is currently trading at Rs. 68.00, down by 0.15 points or 0.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 68.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 70.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 71.90 and Rs. 67.05 respectively. So far 8348 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 89.00 on 20-Feb-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 41.00 on 23-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 72.00 and Rs. 67.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 662.24 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.10%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.61% and 42.29% respectively.

Markets regulator SEBI has granted a six-month extension to Prabhat Dairy (PDL) to complete the delisting process. The company received shareholders' nod for delisting the company on October 14, 2019. In October this year, PDL requested SEBI for six-month extension for filing the final application for delisting, citing the nationwide lockdown that was imposed in March as a reason.
