In compliance of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 and upon approval from Reserve Bank of India, Bank Of India has informed that the Bank has appointed the following 3 Chartered Accountant firms as Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs) of the Bank from December, 2020: Chaturvedi & Co., Kolkata; V Sankar Aiyar & Co., Mumbai; Laxmi Tripti & Associates, Bhopal. Out of the above, Chaturvedi & Co., Kolkata would be continuing as SCA. V Sankar Aiyar & Co., Mumbai and Laxmi Tripti & Associates, Bhopal has been appointed in place of NBS & Co., Mumbai & Banshi Jain & Associates, Mumbai.
