Kalpataru Power Transmission jumps on securing new orders of about Rs 900 crore

Kalpataru Power Transmission is currently trading at Rs. 315.50, up by 7.55 points or 2.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 307.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 312.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 322.15 and Rs. 312.50 respectively. So far 19023 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 475.65 on 20-Jan-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 170.00 on 27-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 322.15 and Rs. 301.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4706.28 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.29%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.83% and 11.88% respectively.

Kalpataru Power Transmission (KPTL) has secured new orders/ notification of award of about Rs 900 crore. The company has secured first order in the T&D business from overseas market and another EPC orders for pipeline laying and associated works in India.
