Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, JMC Projects (India) has informed that Vardhan Dharkar, Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has tendered his resignation through letter dated December 29, 2020 due to personal reasons. Accordingly, he will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from December 31, 2020 after the close of business hours. The Management places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Vardhan Dharkar during his tenure as Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
