In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate relatives of the Designated Persons, NPR Finance has informed that the trading window shall be closed from the end of quarter and period ending on 31st December, 2020, till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the Financial Results for the above period, will be informed in due course.
