Canara Bank has informed that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with Canara Banks Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank / their relatives / Connected Persons to deal in shares of the Bank, shall remain closed from Thursday, 31st December 2020 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter ending 31.12.2020.
