Enkei Wheels (India) has informed that as per the Code of Conduct of the Company (Amended) under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 (Amended) to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Directors, Designated Employees and other connected persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01st January,2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31st December, 2020. Accordingly, all the Directors, Designated Employees and other connected persons of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
