Sunshield Chemicals has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended the ‘Trading Window’ (period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from 1st January 2021 till 48 hours after the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchange. The date of proposed Board Meeting to approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
