Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company’s Shares/Securities, Jaypee Infratech has informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2021 for the purpose of consideration and taking on record of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020. The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said unaudited financial results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s shares/ securities. The date of re-opening of trading window will be notified in due course when the announcement will be made about the date on which the above-mentioned financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020 will be considered & taken on record.
