Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2012.

On standalone basis, the company has posted a rise of 12.26% in its net profit at Rs 27.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2012 as compared to Rs 24.06 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has increased by 10.98% to Rs 164.54 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 148.26 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.

Mahindra Holidays and Resorts, is a leader vacation ownership space in India, with a keen focus on quality family holiday. Club Mahindra is company’s flagship brand and the other brand offering are Zest Breaks, Club Mahindra Fundays, Mahindra Homestays and Mahindra travel.
