Technofab Engineering has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) and further reviewed by the Audit Committee (AC), the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 31 December 2020 has approved the appointment of Shiam Narain Tandon as Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 and Section 2(51) of the Companies Act, 2013 with effective from 31st December 2020.
