Hindusthan National Glass & Industries has informed that Trading Window, as defined in the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for designated employees, which includes Directors and Officers with effect from 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the nine months/ quarter ended 31st December, 2020. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company.
