F.No.6/1/2015-BO-l dated 27.12.2017, Shailesh Ramji Ghedia and Madhu Sudan Dadu were appointed as Part time Non-Official Director under Chartered Accountant category and Part-time Non-Official Director respectively on the Board of the bank for a period of three years from the date of notification of their appointment.
