Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Federal Bank has informed that RBI has vide its letter DOR.GCA-CB.No.2145/08.38.001/2020-21 dated January 01, 2021 given its approval for the re-appointment of Ashutosh Khajuria (DIN: 05154975) as the Executive Director on the Board of the Bank with effective from April 01, 2021 till April 30, 2022 as recommended by the Board of the Bank. Ashutosh Khajuria was initially appointed as Executive Director on the Board of the Bank for a period of two years with the approval of RBI on January 28, 2016. Thereafter, he was re-appointed twice with effective from January 28, 2018 and January 28, 2020. The present term of his office ends on March 31, 2021.
