GCCL Construction & Realities has informed that the Board, at its meeting held on 02/01/2021 has decided to comply with the pending discrepancies as listed in the Show Case Notice dated 21/12/2020 issued by the stock exchange and shall also make an application for Revocation of suspension at the earliest. The Board has considered this matter as important and urgent and is seriously interested in making an application for revocation in the interest of all the stakeholders. The Company shall update the exchange on the status of discrepancies and the application for Revocation.
