Dilip Buildcon has incorporated special purpose vehicle (SPV) named as ‘Dhrol Bhadra Highways’ for a new HAM project ‘Four Laning of Dhrol - Bhadra Patiya section of NH-151A (Between Ex. Km 5plus 700 to Km 13plus600 of SH-25) and Bhadra Patiya - Pipaliya Section of NH1514 (Between Ex. Km 73plus000 to Km 44plus800 and Ex Km 38plus350 to 24plus 000 of CSH-6) in Gujarat through Public Private Partnership (PPP) (the project) on deslgn, build, operate and transfer (the ‘DBOT Annuity’ or ‘Hybrid Annuity’) basis’.
