In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Amendments thereto and further clarification given by BSE through its circular dated 2nd April, 2019 through Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019—20, Parle Industries has informed that the trading restriction period for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect (1st January, 2021) till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December,2020. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated separately.
