With reference to earlier letter dated 25.11.2020 intimating Company has fixed 19.12.2020 (Saturday) as record date for the purpose of annual interest payment on outstanding ISINs of Y1 Series bonds as per schedule enclosed, NHPC has informed that the payment to all bondholders as on record date has been made as per the beneficial owners list provided by depositories. The due date of payment was 03.01.2021 but being the holiday on 03.01.2021 on account of Sunday, Annual Interest has been made on 04.01.2021 (Monday) to all the bondholders. IDBI Trusteeship, Asian Building, Ground Floor, 17, R. Kamani Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai-400001, is the trustee of the Bonds.
