Kotak Mahindra Bank’s arm earmarks Rs 50 crore corpus to invest in startups

Kotak Mahindra Bank’s subsidiary company -- Kotak Securities is setting aside a corpus of Rs 50 crore to invest in startups and financial technology companies. It has set up a corporate development department (CDD) for the startup investment and engagement programme, wherein it will be incubating and investing in the innovative companies.

Kotak Mahindra Bank offers a wide range of banking products and financial services for corporate and retail customers through a variety of delivery channels and specialized subsidiaries in the areas of personal finance, investment banking, life insurance, and wealth management.
