In terms of the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed Securities of company, Ajwa Fun World & Resort has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/Connected/Designated Persons from 1st January, 2021 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ending 31st December, 2020 to the public. The Board Meeting for approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th December, 2020 will be held on or before February 14, 2021. Accordingly, all Directors/ Connected/Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
