Everest Organics falls on receiving temporary closure orders for Telangana unit

Everest Organics is currently trading at Rs. 282.50, down by 6.45 points or 2.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 288.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 285.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 285.00 and Rs. 264.20 respectively. So far 7662 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 335.00 on 19-Aug-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 80.00 on 20-Apr-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 304.30 and Rs. 264.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 227.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.03% and 25.94% respectively.

Everest Organics has received temporary closure orders of factory situated at Sadasivapet, Telangana from Telangana State Pollution Control Board (TSPCB). The management has taken up the matters with the concerned authorities and is trying to resolve the issue at the earliest. Till such time the Company has taken up for Plant maintenance and upgradation.
