Hero Motocorp rises on strengthening its presence in Central America

Hero Motocorp is currently trading at Rs. 3300.95, up by 54.80 points or 1.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 3246.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3260.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3302.00 and Rs. 3249.00 respectively. So far 4943 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3393.85 on 16-Oct-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1475.00 on 24-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3294.65 and Rs. 3033.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 64847.56 crore.

Hero MotoCorp has reinforced its presence in Central America by appointing new distributor partners in Nicaragua and Honduras, with aggressive expansion plans for both countries. The company has lined up a slew of new launches, including its range of premium motorcycles, in both countries and will also expand its network with extensive customer touch-points and flagship stores in key markets.

Hero MotoCorp is the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters.
