Ircon International surges on completing 30 Km Korichhapar-Dharamjaigarh Section

Ircon International is currently trading at Rs. 92.10, up by 1.05 points or 1.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 91.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 92.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 93.50 and Rs. 91.70 respectively. So far 158731 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 119.76 on 19-Feb-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 58.20 on 24-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 93.60 and Rs. 90.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4340.48 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 89.18%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.13% and 8.69% respectively.

Ircon International has achieved yet another milestone by opening the 30 KM section between Korichhapar to Dharamjaigarh within the targeted date. A trial run was carried on December 31, 2020.

The cost of this line is approximately Rs 325 crore and the work is executed by Ircon International under an SPV named Chhattisgarh East Railway. SECL, IRCON and Chhattisgarh Government are shareholders for the Chhattisgarh East Railway.
