Metropolis Healthcare has received approval for acquisition of entire 100% stake in Dr. Ganesan’s Hitech Diagnostic Centre and its subsidiary (Hitech) from its existing promoters and shareholders. The consideration will be discharged partly by cash and partly by issuance of equity shares of the company. The board of director of the company in their meeting held on January 17, 2021 has approved the same.
