Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Adani Total Gas has informed that the Company has signed Share Purchase Agreement on 21st January, 2021 for acquisition of 5% Stake 36,93,750 Equity Shares of INR 10 each of Indian Gas Exchange from Indian Energy Exchange.
