In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 Indian Bank has informed that it has enclosed a copy of Unaudited (Reviewed) Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank including Segment Results for the third quarter and nine months period of FY 2020-21 ended on December 31, 2020 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Central Auditor of the Bank. The Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board and approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on date 22.01.2021 at Corporate Office, Chennai. The Board Meeting commenced at 12.15 hrs and concluded at 13.50 hrs.
