Marico has informed that the members of the corporate governance committee of the board of directors of the company have vide resolution passed on October 23, 2012 approved allotment of 1,52,300 equity shares of the company of the face value of Rs. 1 each under the existing Marico Employees Stock Options Scheme 2007.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the company has increased from 64,45,55,299 equity shares of Rs. 1 each aggregating Rs. 64,45,55,299 to 64,47,07,599 equity shares of Rs. 1 each aggregating Rs. 64,47,07,599.
