Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, Marico has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today on January 27, 2021 has approved the un-audited financial results in respect of the company and its consolidated entities (Marico and its subsidiaries) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020 (‘the period’). The company has informed that the Board meeting commenced at 12:15 pm and subsequent to the approval of the above matter, the meeting will continue till its scheduled time 4:30 pm. It has enclosed the Un-audited Financial Results in respect of the company and its consolidated entities (Marico and its subsidiaries) for the Period; and limited Review Reports by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid Results.
