Gas distribution stocks surge on announcement of addition of 100 cities to the City Gas Distribution network

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in her budget proposal has announced addition of 100 cities to the City Gas Distribution network.

GAIL (India) is currently trading at Rs. 126.40, up by 0.95 points or 0.76% from its previous closing of Rs. 125.45 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 125.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 127.55 and Rs. 124.40 respectively.
