Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Conart Engineers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, 10th February, 2021, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2020. ‘As already informed through earlier letter dated 31st December, 2020 relating to Trading Window closure for all the Board Members, Promoters, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company from 1st January, 2021 and shall reopen on 13th February, 2021, 48 hours from after declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2020.
