EPL has completed the acquisition of 72.46% equity shares of Creative Stylo Packs (CSPL). The final consideration for the said acquisition arrived at after closing adjustments in terms of the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), is Rs 1675 million. CSPL has become a subsidiary of the Company.
EPL (Formerly Known as Essel Propack) operates as a specialty packaging company. The company offers products such as laminated tubes, plastic tubes, and caps and closures.
