With reference to letter dated 02nd February, 2021 regarding intimation of the date of the Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on 13th February, 2021, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended December 31, 2020, Sunedison Infrastructure has now informed that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the said meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended December 31, 2020 has been postponed and is re-scheduled to be held on Friday, 19th February, 2021. This intimation is in terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
