The unaudited condensed interim financial statements of the Company for the period from April 01, 2020 to December 31, 2020 duly approved by Board of Directors, and the Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, BSR & Co LLP, are enclosed. Further, the company has attached the Investors Presentation being released on the said matter.
