BC Power Controls is planning to sell the plant & machinery and entire other movable assets of the company situated at its branch situated at RIICO Industrial Area, chopanki, Bhriwadi, District Alwar, Rajasthan to Bonlon Industries, subject to the approval of shareholders of the company.
The company is also planning to sell the entire land and building of the company situated at RIICO Industrial Area, Chopanki, Bhiwadi, Dist. Alwar, Rajasthan to Harshit Finvest, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on February 26, 2021 to consider and approve the same.
