In accordance with Section 204 of Companies Act, 2013 and Rule of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules 2014 Shailesh Indapurkar & Associates, Company Secretaries, was appointed as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the FY 2021.
