With reference to the earlier letter dated 12.02.2021 conveying the intimation of the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on Friday, February 19, 2021 to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, Uniply Decor has informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the same meeting is now postponed to 21.02.2021 (Sunday). Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), due to postponement of the meeting, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company have already been closed and will be reopened after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the pending audited/unaudited financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange.
