The e-Postal Ballot Notice has been sent to all the shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depository Participant(s) on Friday, February 12, 2021 i.e. cut-off date. The Company has provided e-voting facility to all its members on the platform of RTA (INSTA). The e-voting facility shall commence on 21.02.2021 at 9.00 am and will end on 23.03.2021 at 5:00 pm. No e-voting shall be allowed beyond the said date and time.
