Hemisphere Properties India is planning to raise funds of Rs 700 crore by issuing Non- Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares on private placement basis in one or more tranches to the Promoter i.e Government of India in accordance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and Listing regulation wherever applicable subject to the approval of the Members by way of Postal Ballot.
The main object of Hemisphere Properties India is to acquire construct, hold, manage, develop, preserve and to deal in any other manner with the properties including sale and purchase thereof.
