For this purpose, the company has executed the Debenture trust deed and other transaction documents. The debentures will mature in February, 2028 pursuant to the Debenture Trust Deed. The Management Administration and Share Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on February 22, 2021 has approved the same.
