Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sundaram Fasteners has informed that the Company received an application for issue of duplicate share certificate through its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) today (February 23, 2021), under Folio No. 7019, Saroj Rani Jain, in lieu of original share certificate, which is reported to have been lost. The proof of receipt of information from RTA vide their letter dated February 23, 2021, is enclosed herewith vide Annexure I.
