GAIL (India) has informed that the company has executed Share Purchase Agreements with NTPC (NTPC) on 23rd February, 2021 for purchase of NTPC’s entire shareholding (14.82%) in Konkan LNG (KLL). Consequently, GAIL's shareholding in KLL increased to 92.15% and sale of GAIL’s entire shareholding (25.51%) in Ratnagiri Gas and Power (RGPPL) to NTPC. Consequently, GAIL's shareholding in RGPPL reduced to NIL. This is in compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
