Tree House Education & Accessories has entered into a business purchase agreement with MT Educare for the purchase of Play School Business of MT Educare including all the rights and liabilities relating to the play school division, assets, intellectual property rights and all ancillary and consequential rights arising there from.
The company has entered into an agreement on October 25, 2012. Besides, the completion of the purchase of the Play School Business is subject to approval of the shareholders of MT Educare.
