Dilip Buildcon, ICICI Bank and GAIL India to see some action today

Dilip Buildcon has been declared as L-1 bidder for two new HAM projects i.e. 4 laning from km 0.000 to km 26.400 (along with 0.700km approach towards NH 207 with interchange on NH4 at start point) of Bangalore to Malur Section of Bangalore Chennai Expressway on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyoina, in the state of Karnataka (Phase-I Package- I) and 4 Lane Expressway from km 26.400 to km 53.500 of Malur to Bangarpet Section of Bangalore Chennai Expressway on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyoina in the state of Karnataka (Phase-l Package- II). The operation period of both the project will be 15 years from COD.

ICICI Bank has entered into partnership with Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) and Chennai Smart City (CSCL) to launch Common Payment Card System (CPCS) called ‘Namma Chennai Smart Card’. This provides citizens a one-stop solution for making various kind of payments within the city and beyond. Namma Chennai Smart Card’, the Rupay powered co-branded, contactless prepaid card, will facilitate various digital payments like tax and utility bill payments at the GCC centres. Additionally, the prepaid card facilitates retail payments within Chennai as well as in retail stores and e-commerce websites across the country.

GAIL India has executed Share Purchase agreements with NTPC on February 23, 2021 for purchase of NTPC's entire shareholding (14.82%) in Konkan LNG (KLL). Consequently, GAIL's shareholding in KLL increased to 92.15% and for the sale of GAIL's entire shareholding (25.51%) in Ratnagiri Gas and Power (RGPPL) to NTPC. Consequently, GAIL's shareholding in RGPPL reduced to NIL.

Dhunseri Tea and Industries has executed agreement for sale of ‘Bahadur Tea Estate’ (excluding the tea manufacturing Factory) with Jalannagar Development. The company has received full consideration amount and the deal has been concluded. 

Godawari Power & Ispat (GPIL) has started booking export orders of High Grade Iron Ore Pellets (65.5% Fe) to China and Other Countries. The first export order of 50,000 MTs has already been booked and the delivery will take place in the month of April, 2021. The Company will mainly concentrate on production and export of High Grade iron ore pellet only.

Spandana Sphoorty Financial has received approval from board to raise Rs 120 crore through issuance of up to 12,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each.
