IRB Infrastructure gains after its arm completes concession period of Thane Ghodbunder BOT Project

IRB Infrastructure Developers is currently trading at Rs. 106.90, up by 1.00 points or 0.94% from its previous closing of Rs. 105.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 108.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 108.15 and Rs. 106.50 respectively. So far 13300 shares were traded on the counter.

IRB Infrastructure Developers’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Thane Ghodbunder Toll Road has successfully completed concession period of Thane Ghodbunder BOT Project on February 23, 2021 and handed over the project to the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation. This project SPV has contributed approximately 1% of Consolidated total income of the company as on December 31, 2020.

IRB Infrastructure Developers undertakes development of various infrastructure projects in the road sector through several special purpose vehicles.
