The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved proposed merger of NAM Estates and Embassy One Commercial Property Developments into Indiabulls Real Estate. The proposed combination envisages merger of NAM Estates (NAM Estate) and Embassy One Commercial Property Developments (EOCPDPL) into Indiabulls Real Estate (IBREL).

Indiabulls Real Estate is India's third largest real estate company, with its focus on construction and development of residential, commercial and SEZ projects across major Indian metros.
