M&M’s Auto Sector sells 28,777 vehicles in February

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has reported that its overall auto sales (passenger vehicles+ commercial vehicles+ exports) for the month of February 2021 stood at 28,777 vehicles, compared to 32,476 in February 2020.

In the Utility Vehicles segment, Mahindra sold 15,380 vehicles in February 2021, compared to 10,675 vehicles in February 2020, registering a growth of 44%. The Passenger Vehicles segment (which includes UVs, Cars and Vans) sold 15,391 vehicles in February 2021, a growth of 41% over same period last year.

M&M is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
