With reference to the consolidated financial results published for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 on November 12, 2020. In this regard, Sunedison Infrastructure has informed that there were discrepancies and errors in the consolidated segment disclosures. Even though the overall assets, liabilities and profitability numbers have not undergone a change, there were errors in the classification between the segments. In this regard the company has submitted the following details for the record and reference: Segment disclosure as per the quarterly results originally published on November 12, 2020-Annexure I and revised and corrected Segment disclosure for the quarterly results originally published on November 12, 2020-Annexure II.
