Steel Strips Wheels has informed that the promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 9797402 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels, which is 62.77% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 4111994 equity shares were pledged which is 26.34% of total paid up capital of the company and 41.97% of total promoter shareholding. On 02.03.2021, 200000 were released from the pledge and accordingly, now the number of shares pledged has been reduced to 3911994, which is 25.06% of total paid up capital of the company and 39.93% of total promoter shareholding.
