JSW Energy signs Business Transfer agreement with JSW Cement

JSW Energy has signed Business Transfer agreement with JSW Cement for the sale of 18 MW thermal power plant at Salboni to JSW Cement on a going concern basis. The consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 95.67 crore.

JSW Energy, part of the JSW Group, is a growing energy company. The Group has diversified interests in carbon steel, power, mining, industrial gases, port facilities, aluminium, cement and information technology.
