Premier Polyfilm is intending to purchase Assets i.e. factory, land & building alongwith Plant & Machinery of Khushbu Vinyl (in liquidation) located at District Panchmahal in the state of Gujarat. For this purpose, the company will be participating in the auction/Tender bid/process being conducted by the liquidator of Khushbu Vinyl. If company is able to acquire the assets, it would be useful for the growth of business of the company.
